On July 10th, in response to media reports that "Le You Jia agency is accused of taking a price difference of 480,000 yuan", Le You Jia released a statement claiming that after verification, the transaction took place in 2024 with a total transaction price of 6.72 million yuan. "Le You Jia operates brokerage services in accordance with laws and regulations, only charging a brokerage fee of 123,000 yuan as agreed, without collecting any fees beyond the contract, and there is no such thing as 'taking a price difference'." Le You Jia also stated that the parties involved in the dispute have already filed a lawsuit, and the court has ruled that the judgment shows that it is not related to Le You Jia. Previously, there were media reports that recently, a property seller revealed that a year after selling the property, they discovered that the "buyer" they originally signed with was not the actual buyer, and the real buyer actually paid 7.2 million yuan for the property, while they only received 6.72 million yuan, resulting in a difference of 480,000 yuan. The report stated that after the seller complained to the relevant authorities and hoped for platform intervention, the Le You Jia headquarters replied that the company only charges an agency fee, and the 480,000 yuan price difference in the property transaction is a matter between the buyer and the seller, and is not relevant to the platform.
