Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area National Intelligence Supercomputing Cluster released
The domestic intelligent computing super card cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was launched and put into use in Shaoguan yesterday, focusing on serving the artificial intelligence industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. This marks the official entry of domestic large model research and development into a new stage of "autonomous computing power." The cluster has a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan, with a total deployment of 11,520 Huawei-developed AI acceleration computing power chips, reaching a total computing power of 9,000P. The overall performance is at an internationally leading level, and it is a key part of the national integrated computing power network hub in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. By linking domestic chips, operating systems, algorithm frameworks, and other upstream and downstream enterprises, it completes the entire computing power ecosystem from infrastructure to industrial applications, promoting the large-scale application of domestic chips and domestic training frameworks.
