"McDonald's sells another Hong Kong store for HK$93 million"

According to Hong Kong media including the Hong Kong Economic Journal, McDonald's has sold its shop premises in Sham Shui Po for 93 million Hong Kong dollars, which is 30% lower than the asking price last year. The property is reported to be approximately 7,556 square feet, with a selling price of around 12,300 Hong Kong dollars per square foot. McDonald's purchased this shop premises in 1988 for 18.9 million Hong Kong dollars.
