Hesaie-W: Stock splitting has come into effect as of July 10th.

Hoi Sai-W announced that all conditions for the subdivision of shares have been met, and the share subdivision took effect on July 10, 2026. The subdivided Class B common shares began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 am on July 10, 2026. As the share subdivision took effect, the trading unit per lot will change on July 10, 2026. The trading unit for Class B common shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from 20 shares of existing Class B common shares to 100 shares of subdivided Class B common shares.
