Reporters learned that domestic semiconductor IDM leader Silan Microelectronics has officially launched the SZ9310 half-bridge low-voltage motor gate driver chip. The company, relying on its self-developed core technology stack, has solved the supply gap for high-function safety level vehicle body driver chips in China, and has opened up a key link in the localization of high-end vehicle-mounted pre-drive chips.
