Chicago wheat futures rose more than 1.8%, soybean oil fell about 1.3%, coffee C rose more than 10.2%, New York cocoa rose about 5.2%.
On Thursday in New York, the Bloomberg Commodity Index dropped by 0.02% to 30.3037 points. CBOT corn futures fell by 0.99%, while CBOT wheat futures rose by 1.85%. At 22:22 Beijing time, it broke out of the narrow range of the Asia-Pacific session and saw a significant increase. CBOT soybean futures fell by 1.03% to $11.80 per bushel, while soybean meal futures rose by 1.00% and soybean oil futures fell by 1.27%. ICE raw sugar futures rose by 0.26%, while ICE white sugar futures fell by 0.21%. ICE Arabica coffee futures fell by 1.62%, while coffee "C" futures rose by 10.22%. Robusta coffee futures rose by 7.91%. New York cocoa futures rose by 5.19% to $6366 per ton, with a cumulative increase of 67.31% since June 12, approaching the peak of $6680 on November 4, 2025, and the peak of $7959 on August 13 of the same year. London cocoa futures rose by 1.35%. Chicago WCE canola futures fell by 1.38%. ICE cotton futures fell by 0.13%.
