ST Yinjiang Announcement: On July 9, 2026, the company and its controlling shareholder Yinjiang Technology Group Co., Ltd. received respective "Case Filing Notices" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Due to suspicions of illegal and irregular information disclosure by the company and its controlling shareholder, in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and its controlling shareholder.
