Sungrow Power: The first application scenario for solid-state transformers is aimed at AIDC.
According to information from Sungrow Power, the company today released the self-developed EnerNeo solid-state transformer. The core parameters show that the product has an input voltage level of 10~13.8KV, an output voltage level of 800Vdc, a rated power of 3MW, with a minimum power granularity of 1.5MW. It can be expanded according to demand to configure 3MW and 4.5MW specifications, with a system conversion efficiency of 98.5%. The company stated that the computing chip technology is rapidly iterating, and the new generation 800V DC architecture is the mainstream solution for AIDC compatibility. The solid-state transformer, as the core carrier of achieving "direct conversion to 800V DC," is seen as an important solution to address the pain points of the AIDC power supply industry.
