Zhengtai Power has established a smart energy company, including AI business.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Hai Ning Zhengtai Smart Energy Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of new energy prime movers; integration of intelligent control systems; manufacturing of transformers, rectifiers, and inductors; and development of artificial intelligence software applications. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhengtai Power.
