According to the agreement, Qualcomm will subscribe for 10,329,562 shares of Class A common stock of ECX.US, and the transaction price will be determined based on the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the company's common stock on the Nasdaq market in the 20 trading days before the signing of the agreement.
