Huabei apologizes

On the evening of July 8th, a large number of users reported that they were unable to open the repayment page of Alipay Huabei when making repayments. According to screenshots uploaded by users, when they clicked on the Huabei page, it would show "network busy" or on the bill page it would display "due to institution maintenance, bill temporarily unavailable for viewing." In response to this issue, a reporter consulted Alipay customer service, who stated that the system upgrade has been completed and can now be used normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Customer service also mentioned, "There is a three-day grace period for Huabei, and as long as the repayment is completed within the grace period, it will not affect credit reporting."
