The State Council's General Office organizes multiple departments to hold a joint meeting to discuss and deploy defense work against the super typhoon "Bavi."

On July 8, the National Disaster Reduction Committee organized emergency management departments, the China Meteorological Administration, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and other departments, as well as key provinces such as Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Fujian, to conduct joint discussions to assess the development trend and impact of the super typhoon "Bavi" and to discuss and deploy flood prevention and typhoon prevention work.
