Oil-themed funds fluctuated and rose. Jia Shi Crude Oil LOF, Easy Access Crude Oil LOF, and Southern Crude Oil LOF all rose by more than 7%. Standard & Poor's Oil and Gas ETF Fundamental rose by more than 4%. Oil LOF also rose by more than 3%, with oil fund LOF and Huabao Oil and Gas LOF following suit.
