China United Nuclear Corporation (01763.HK) and China Nuclear Power Institute have established a joint venture named China Nuclear Fuyuan.

Wisdom Financial News APP, China Tongfu (01763.HK) announced that on July 3, 2026, the company entered into a "Shareholders Agreement" with CNNC Nuclear Power, establishing a joint venture company called CNNC Tung Fu Yuan. According to the "Shareholders Agreement", the registered capital of CNNC Tung Fu Yuan is RMB 10 million, of which the company will contribute RMB 6 million in cash and CNNC Nuclear Power will contribute RMB 4 million in cash. After the establishment of CNNC Tung Fu Yuan, the company and CNNC Nuclear Power will respectively hold 60% and 40% of the equity of CNNC Tung Fu Yuan, making CNNC Tung Fu Yuan a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
