Zhixin Financial News APP reports that Weichai Power (02338.HK) has announced that the Board of Directors of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Yuan Hongming. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, Mr. Yuan Hongming has applied to resign from his position as an executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Board's Strategic Development and Investment Committee. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Yuan Hongming will no longer hold any positions in the company (including its subsidiaries).
