Zhongliang Holdings (02772.HK) plans to acquire 50% equity of Lianghui Real Estate in Longgang City.

Wisdom Financial APP news, Zhongliang Holdings (02772.HK) announced that, as the project has been completed and delivered for the convenience of managing the project, on July 3, 2026, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the seller entered into a project cooperation termination agreement to terminate their cooperation relationship. According to the project cooperation termination agreement, the buyer agrees to acquire and the seller agrees to sell 50% equity of the project company Longgang City Lianghui properties for RMB 8.77 million, to be paid by the project company on behalf of the buyer to the seller. After the completion of the transaction, the project company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
