Hankou Bank accepts the relevant assets, liabilities, businesses, and personnel of Zhongbang Bank in accordance with law and regulations.

The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) has decided to take over Wuhan Zhongbang Bank Co., Ltd in accordance with the law. Under the supervision of the CBIRC and the Hubei Provincial People's Government, Hankou Bank Co., Ltd will legally and orderly take over the relevant assets, liabilities, business and personnel of Zhongbang Bank.
