(01357.HK) announced that the board of directors has been informed by the company's founder, chairman and CEO Mr. Wu Zeyuan (also known as Mr. Wu Xinhong) that on July 3, 2026, he purchased 1.6 million shares of the company at an average price of HK$4.023 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Due to the continuous acceleration of product innovation and long-term growth potential of the company, Mr. Wu Zeyuan does not rule out further increasing his stake in the company at the appropriate time.
