According to the Securities Times app, on July 3, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission released the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Beijing Junzheng Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd." The company plans to issue no more than 61,658,000 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 26, Beijing Junzheng (300223.SZ) submitted an IPO application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Guotai Junan Securities as the sole sponsor.
