Ideal car will face structural adjustments: Split the vehicle and smart driving product teams, and integrate them into research and development.

Some media reports have stated that Ideal is about to carry out a new round of organizational restructuring around the product decision-making process, planning to split some key functions of the product department and incorporate them into the R&D department. Ideal Motors has not yet responded to this matter officially. Currently, the Ideal Motors product department is led by the senior vice president of Ideal Motors product department, Fan Haoyu, and includes electric vehicle body, spatial intelligence, autonomous driving terminal products, interaction design, platform operation, app and official website. The report states that this adjustment mainly targets the core product definition teams of electric vehicle bodies and autonomous driving. The product definition team of the electric vehicle body will be split and incorporated into the whole vehicle R&D department led by the senior vice president of Ideal Motors Liu Liguo; the autonomous driving terminal product team will be merged into the pedestal model R&D team led by the pedestal model responsible person of Ideal Motors, Zhan Kun. It is reported that this adjustment has only been orally notified internally so far and has not been officially announced.
