The 10 MV CoolGaN G3 product models involved in this case are currently in the judicial process, and Infineon is asserting its legal rights through the relevant legal procedures and seeking a comprehensive review of the facts and legal issues. On July 2nd, InnoSemi stated that Infineon's infringing products were removed from display at the Shanghai Munich Electronics Exhibition. InnoSemi claimed that on July 1st, 2026, after discovering that they were exhibiting infringing gallium nitride products that had been clearly prohibited from sale, promised for sale, or imported by a Chinese court, they were immediately removed from display by the patent owner, InnoSemi.
