The U.S. ITC issues final ruling on Section 337 investigations on antibody-drug conjugates and their components and downstream products.

On July 2nd, the United States International Trade Commission issued an announcement that a 337 partial final ruling was made on certain antibody-drug conjugates and their components and downstream products: the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on June 16, 2026, is not subject to review, as the applicant withdrew and the investigation in this case is terminated.
