Hubei Xiaogan issues red alert for heavy rain.

On July 3rd at 10:59, the Xiaogan Meteorological Bureau upgraded the heavy rain warning signal to red. In the past hour, Baisha in Xiaochang has received more than 40mm of rainfall. It is predicted that in the next 3 hours, some townships in Xiaochang will continue to experience 40-60mm of precipitation, with gusts of 7-9 levels accompanied by thunder and lightning. There is a high risk of mountain floods, geological disasters, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, and urban and rural waterlogging, so please strengthen precautions.
