According to Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, after experiencing a difficult first half of the year and a cumulative decline in stock price of over 29%, DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria decisively upgraded his rating on enterprise software company Palantir Technologies (PLTR.US) from "Neutral" to "Buy" on July 2nd, and raised the target price from $165 to $175. This target price implies a potential upside of over 30% from the previous closing price.
