Inspur and the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology join hands with five electronic institutes to jointly build a domestic AI software and hardware collaborative innovation ecosystem.

Recently, the 2026 Nanjing Software Conference opened at the Nanjing International Expo Center. During the opening ceremony, the Fifth Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially launched the Domestic AI Software and Hardware Ecological Collaborative Innovation Working Group. Bu Jingde, assistant president of Zhongke Shuguang Beijing Company, attended the launch ceremony on behalf of the company. The working group is led by the Fifth Research Institute, in collaboration with the Institute of Software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Computing of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Zhiyuan Research Institute, and leading companies in the industrial chain such as Zhongke Shuguang, Kunlun Core, Suiyuan Technology, and SenseTime. It brings together core forces in the entire chain of production, education, research, and utilization, filling in the key gaps in the synchronized development of the domestic AI industry.
