Huiyu Pharmaceuticals (688553.SH): Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Avenacy

Wisdom Financial APP News, Huiyu Pharmaceutical (688553.SH) announced that recently, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Avenacy Holdings, Inc. (referred to as "Avenacy"). Through equity arrangements, sales agency authorization, and milestone payment arrangements, the two parties have established a long-term strategic partnership. Avenacy will issue (or arrange for existing shareholders to transfer) up to 30% (inclusive) of its shares to Huiyu, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, in order for Huiyu to become a long-term strategic shareholder of Avenacy.
