The Intelligent Financial News APP reported that Chongqing Bank (01963.HK) announced that as of June 30, 2026, approximately RMB 1.437 billion of Chongqing Bank Convertible Bonds had been converted into common stock of the bank. The total number of shares formed from the conversion is 151 million shares, accounting for 4.3538% of the total amount of common stock issued by the bank before the conversion of the convertible bonds.
