Wang Yuhang has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director of Yuanda China (02789.HK), and after the resignation takes effect, he will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, all effective from July 2, 2026; Li Haining has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, all effective from July 2, 2026.
