On July 2, Changsha put up for auction a commercial and residential land in Furong district, with a planned construction area of 28,109.20 square meters, a plot ratio of 5, a starting price of 165 million yuan, and a starting floor price of 5,884 yuan per square meter. In the end, the local private company Hunan Dayu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. won the bid for the land at the base price of 165 million yuan.
