Suzhou Yantun Education Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent a change in its business registration, in which Zhang Xuefeng resigned as a supervisor and divested approximately 10.86% of his shares before leaving. His shares were then transferred to his daughter Zhang Nianhan. At the same time, co-founder Kang Li changed his position from an executive director to a director in charge of company affairs. Public information shows that Zhang Nianhan, born in June 2015, is still a minor. Suzhou Yantun Education Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2016, with Kang Li as the legal representative and registered capital of approximately 9.09 million yuan. Its business scope includes educational consulting services, enrollment assistance services, information consulting services, and self-funded study abroad intermediary services. Currently, the company is jointly owned by Kang Li, Zhang Nianhan, and Suzhou Yantun Wu Enterprise Management Partnership. Shareholding disclosure data shows that Kang Li is the actual controlling shareholder of the company.
