South Korea imposes anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel coil imports from China.

Recently, the South Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance issued Decree No. 35, formally imposing anti-dumping duties on carbon steel and alloy steel hot-rolled coil originating from China and Japan. The tax rate for the products involved from China ranges from 28.16% to 33.10%. At the same time, three Japanese companies and six Chinese companies have been approved to make price commitments, and no anti-dumping duties will be levied on enterprises that meet the price commitments. The announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
