The issuance of ultra-long-term special national bonds of 1.3 trillion yuan is about to pass halfway.

The Ministry of Finance recently announced that on July 3rd, the Ministry of Finance will competitively issue 80 billion yuan of ultra-long-term special government bonds with a maturity of 30 years. This will be the first ultra-long-term special government bond to be issued in the third quarter. At the same time, according to the relevant arrangements for the issuance of government bonds in the third quarter announced by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance will issue 11 tranches of ultra-long-term special government bonds in the third quarter, with 3 tranches in July, 4 in August, and 4 in September. Overall, the number of issuances in the third quarter is two more than that in the second quarter (9 tranches).
