The Zhtng Finance APP reported that Xianda Jidi (600641.SH) has announced that the company intends to sign an "Investment Agreement" with Qingyuan Xianda Special Materials Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Xianda Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xianda Microelectronics" or the "target company"), stipulating that the company will invest in Xianda Microelectronics in the form of additional capital to acquire more than 50% of the equity of the target company and achieve controlling interest in the target company.
