NVIDIA invests in security company Verkada

Verkada, a company that specializes in security cameras and accompanying software, announced on Wednesday that NVIDIA has made an undisclosed equity investment in the company, which has been in operation for ten years. The post-investment valuation of the company reaches $5.8 billion, which is the same as the valuation of the financing led by CapitalG, a growth investment department under Google's parent company, Alphabet, in December last year.
