Juzi Technology announced that from June 26th to July 1st, 2026, Li Jun reduced his holdings by 2.4563 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.86% of the total share capital. After this reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of Li Jun, Yang Yong, and Juzi Investment, who act in concert, decreased from 40.86% to 40%. Previously, from January 12th to February 13th, 2026, Li Jun had reduced 600,000 shares, accounting for 0.21% of the total share capital. The company disclosed on June 1st that Li Jun plans to reduce up to 4 million shares between June 24th and September 23rd, not exceeding 1.41% of the total share capital. This change in equity will not result in changes to the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, and will not affect the company's governance and operations.
