Bohai Leasing announced that on June 30, 2026, a subsidiary of the company's controlling subsidiary Avolon signed an agreement with Frontier to purchase 11 A321NEO order aircraft assets. Based on the Airbus 2018 catalog price, the catalog price of the aircraft assets is approximately $1.425 billion, equivalent to about 9.719 billion yuan. The actual purchase price is subject to the agreement, and the aircraft is expected to be delivered from November 2026 to June 2027. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, a major asset restructuring, or a reverse merger. It has been approved by the company's board of directors and does not require shareholder approval or approval from relevant departments.
