Wisdom Financial News APP, China Banking Gold Rent (01606) announced that on July 1, 2026, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF), as the buyer (lessor) and the lessee (as the seller) entered into an aircraft purchase and lease agreement (purchase and lease agreement). The lessor has agreed to purchase 2 B787-9 aircraft from the lessee. The aircraft will be leased to the lessee by the lessor through an operating lease agreement after delivery.
