Zhongji Group: Citic Trust Life Insurance reduces its holdings of 23.01 million A-shares of stocks.

The Zhongji Group announced that from June 24th to 29th, Zhongxin Baocheng Life Insurance reduced its holdings of 23.01 million A-shares of the company through centralized bidding for its own funding needs, accounting for 0.43% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Zhongxin Baocheng Life Insurance holds 270 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.9999987% of the total share capital, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5%. In addition, on June 15-16, Zhongxin Baocheng Life Insurance also reduced its holdings of 2.9477 million H-shares through centralized bidding. Zhongxin Baocheng Life Insurance does not rule out the possibility of continuing to increase or decrease its holdings within the next 12 months.
