Hui Zhiwei announced that shareholder GZPA Holding Limited holds 1.1847 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.25% of the total shares. Due to its own capital needs, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.1847 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from July 7, 2026 to October 6, 2026, with the reduction ratio not exceeding 0.25% of the total share capital of the company.
