The Suzhou Planning Announcement stated that the company plans to issue shares and pay cash to acquire 100% equity of Beijing Dongjin Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and raise supporting funds. Due to the expiration of the evaluation materials in the restructuring application documents, supplementary submissions are needed. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange suspended the review of this restructuring on June 30. This suspension has no substantial impact on the transaction, and the company will push forward with the restructuring, coordinate the extension evaluation and document updating work, submit the materials as soon as possible, and apply for the resumption of the review. This transaction still requires multiple approvals, and it is uncertain whether it will be approved and when it will be approved.
