Shaanxi Huada announced that, due to age reasons, Fan Junwei applied to resign as a non-independent director and chairman on June 30, 2026. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. After leaving office, he will serve as a consultant to the company, holding 280,000 shares, accounting for 0.1851% of the total share capital. The company held a board meeting on July 1 and agreed to nominate Ren Yongshan as a candidate for non-independent director, with a term from the approval of the shareholders' meeting to the completion of the fifth board of directors. Ren Yongshan does not hold any company shares and meets the qualifications for the position.
