Huaying Technology: The Supreme People's Court rejects Datong Company's application for retrial.

Huayin Technology announced that it has recently received the Civil Ruling No. 1724 issued by the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China, which rejected the application for retrial by Datong Co., Ltd. The case involves a contract dispute between Huayin Technology and Huayin Bermuda, Datong Co., Ltd., and Zhonghua Yingguan. In the first instance, it was ruled that Huayin Bermuda should pay a performance compensation of 3.029 billion yuan to Huayin Technology, and Datong Co., Ltd. should bear joint and several liabilities. The Supreme People's Court upheld the original judgment and rejected the retrial application by Datong Co., Ltd.
