Xiaomi China recently underwent personnel changes, involving multiple departments such as the Car Sales and Service Department, Sales Operations Department, E-Commerce Department, and New Retail Department. Among them, Fan Jialin was appointed as the acting general manager of the Sales Operations Department under the Car Sales and Service Department, reporting to the general manager of the Car Sales and Service Department, Xia Zhiguo. Fan Jialin is an early employee of Xiaomi. In September 2025, he was appointed as the deputy general manager of the Xiaomi Car Sales Operations Department after previously serving as the product manager for Xiaomi's smart home and intelligent products department.
