Recently, the photovoltaic industry has made progress with the latest developments in three mandatory national standards. The three standards, "Energy Consumption Limits for Unit Products of Polycrystalline Silicon and Germanium", "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Monocrystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Modules and Inverters", and "Energy Consumption Limits for Unit Products of Monocrystalline Silicon", were released on June 27, 2026, and will be implemented on January 1, 2027. All three standards are under the jurisdiction of the National Standards Committee and will be executed by the National Energy Infrastructure and Management Standardization Technical Committee.
