According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on June 30th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the operating conditions of the electronic information manufacturing industry from January to May 2026. From January to May 2026, China's electronic information manufacturing industry saw rapid production growth, steady progress in exports, significant improvement in efficiency, accelerated investment growth, and overall good industry development trends. From January to May, the electronic information manufacturing industry above designated size achieved operating income of 7.52 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%; operating costs of 6.42 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%; and total profits of 422 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.04 times. In May, the electronic information manufacturing industry above designated size achieved operating income of 1.64 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.2%.
