New regulations for the departure of sea vessels will be implemented starting today, significantly reducing the time limit for procedures.

Starting today, the Ministry of Transport and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission will streamline the handling of the 12 government services required for the sailing of ocean vessels, reducing both the processing time and the required application materials by more than half.
