According to Tianyancha App, recently, Chongqing Xiaoma Zhihang Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Ning as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million RMB. Its business scope includes online booking of taxi services, software development, artificial intelligence software development, manufacturing of intelligent car-mounted devices, and sales of new energy vehicles. The company is wholly owned by Beijing Xiaoma Yixing Technology Co., Ltd.
