According to sources familiar with the matter, Neutron Holdings Inc. has priced its initial public offering at $25 per share, at the midpoint of the previously announced price range. The company, supported by Uber Technologies Inc. and providing short-term electric scooter and bike rental services, has set the IPO price range at $24 to $26 per share. The company has issued a total of 6.68 million shares, with shareholders including CEO Wayne Ting, President Joseph Kraus, and co-founder Brad Bao selling an additional 276,731 shares. The source mentioned that the specific details of the offering may still change and requested anonymity as the information is not yet public. Lime did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The company was valued at $5.1 billion in a funding round led by Uber in 2020. Lime first considered going public in 2021.
