Zhijing Finance APP News, Zhongguancun Technology Lease (01601.HK) announced that on June 29, 2026, the company, as the lessor, entered into Financing Lease Agreement XIII with the lessee (Beijing Easy Point Network Technology Co., Ltd.). According to this agreement, the lessor will purchase Lease Asset XIII from the lessee at a transfer price of RMB 30 million; and the lessor will lease back Lease Asset XIII to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of approximately RMB 32.35 million. Lease Asset XIII includes notebook computers and related assets.
