Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Zhonggang Petroleum (00632.HK) announced that on June 29, 2026, the company terminated the placement agreement with the placement agent in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. After the termination of the placement agreement, all obligations of the parties under the placement agreement will be terminated, and the parties to the placement agreement shall not make any claims against each other on any matters related to the placement agreement (except for (i) the settlement amount of approximately HK$730,000, which is the full and final settlement amount that the company should pay to the placement agent for all the expenses related to the placement agreement (including all costs and expenses related to the placement matters incurred by the placement agent); and (ii) any previous violations of the placement agreement).
